Still cannot get into the game

I have the same problem as a number of other users have been reporting on General, the Facebook page, or in the github. I'll load into the game and it will immediately say "The server appears to be down". I have checked the server status and this is happening even on days of 100% uptime. I have also attempted logging in every day for about a week, trying different browsers, clearing my cookies, and nothing works. A lot of different people have been reporting this issue and I have actually only ever been able to get into the game once and that was months ago. Maybe my internet connection is too terrible to get into the game.

I'm getting the same message and have been for quite a while now. It's very frustrating.

tried it again now
i've managed to get in with firefox (after only 3 reloads, maybe it was luck), but couldn't move, i was frozen, but the items did work
with chrome instead i can't get it, i'm blocked at the infinite loop of reloads
