Rain Dance Dance

Some trees are dying of thirst.
Sometimes it is nice to harvest in the rain.
Maybe I just want to dance?
So the Rain Dance Dance could be a skill, or a powder, maybe a potion...something fairly hard to make so as not to be abused.
The rain dance would summon a 5 minute rain, (real life minutes) for the street you are on.
Your avatar would do a little dance to commence the Rain Dance Dance and another dance or a bow to close the Rain Dance Dance.
Effects would allow all players to harvest without watering, and the trees would be happy.
Cool down time of one Ur day.
