please help me back into the game - now the game starts to load but stays at 0%

This happened to me. I opened up a support ticket and the only thing they could do was have me start a new account. My new account failed, too, so I started a third account. So far so good with this one, and I've leveled up a lot of times. It was super annoying, but since they're still in development, it's not like we were gonna be able to keep anything anyway.
