I traveled to the Vortex of Random and navigated to May Soup, but it never loaded the street. I refreshed my browser window, and it gets stuck on loading the game. Can someone unstick me by moving my player somewhere else?

No, and as you have seen I added an issue on the GitHub repo and received no response.
