Cannot get into the game

I'm trying to join to the game after signing in, but gets stuck on "Its good to see you," and doesn't load any further.

Same. I've not been able to get into the game either, with this same issue. I've attempted to use a diffrent browser with no luck.
I just got a response on my FB saying one possible solution may be to try a "Hard refresh" By hitting shift and refreshing the page. It did not work for me, but, Maybe you guys will get better results.

Hard refresh hasn't worked for me, either.
It's nice to see the world spinning around, though.

Alright. Everyone (fingers-crossed) should be able to log into the game now, even if they are new. Bit of a glitch in our authentication server. Sorry for the hassle, and thanks for letting us know!

I wasn't having this problem until recently. The loading music is nice to listen to, though. Maybe some of us are harder to imagine?

I don't seem to be able to get in at all either.
Firefox 38.0.5, Mac yosemite 10.10 3
The game appears to log me in, splines reticulate and then I get the message "the server is down" and the game reloads. Everytime.

I can't get in now either. In mozilla it loads enough that I can see my character in Ur, but before I can do anything it says the servers are down and reloads. It cycles like this infinitely.
In ie it doesn't load at all, just a blank screen.

All I get is a blank page when I click play. Is there a secret to getting in?. I have a Mac pro laptop. does that have anything to do with it

The game loads for me, I get in and see the street and my avatar for a split second then it says "sorry to see you go" and reloads the page before I've had the chance to do anything. Stuck in this loop for past 2 days. Any known workaround for this?
This is happening in both Chrome and Firefox.
