What constitutes a reportable bug?

I'm wondering if a minor in-game irritation is still a bug that is helpful to report. Should I report if something goes wonky but a reload fixes it? That seems to happen fairly often and it hasn't occurred to me to report it, but maybe you want me to? Any guidance on what constitutes a reportable bug would be much appreciated.

Anything is reportable of course. We will look at it and perhaps decide not to fix it or that it was already reported by someone else or that we can't reproduce it.
A good bug report would include steps to reproduce or at least (to the best of your memory) exactly what you did the first time if you can't get it to happen again. You may also wish to search through https://github.com/ChildrenOfUr/cou-issues/issues to see if has already been reported.
