So I've collected all eleven emblems. Done all the actions, and yet each time I attempt iconize, I'm met with "you don't have the required items"

Is there something I'm missing, or is it just a broken feature?

I did the same thing -- you need to get 11 emblems from the same Giant (ex. 11 emblems of Mab)  in order to iconize.

oh!..ack... good grief..ugh. ... and  thanks  for the clarificaiton!  I probably went through the three commands a half dozen times thinking I'd missed one (and not knowing which it was)
